£46,000 - £52,000 p/a D.O.E
Hybrid Working (Min 2 days in office)
20 days holiday + 8 bankholiday + 3 or 4 days Xmas – raising by 1 day a year
Flexitime (35 hours weekly – Core hours 10am – 4pm)

Accountancy Elite are delighted to be working with a well-established independent firm based in London and Guildford.
The firm are looking for a new Senior Auditor to join their well-established department of 19 colleagues.
The role will be 80% Audit but will also have an element of Accounts preparation.
This firm has 13 partners so is by no means a small outfit, but they have a “work hard, play hard” ethos with frequent social occasions from cocktail nights to escape rooms, as well as a summer event and Xmas party.
 
Main Duties:
 
·Preparation and Audit of statutory accounts compliant with UK GAAP and international standards.
·Training and supervision of junior staff in all aspects of accounting and review of work produced.
·Preparation of accounts for Partnerships and Sole Traders.
·Preparation of Management Accounts.
·Supervision of junior staff whilst on client site.
·Appraisal of staff after audit completion.
 
Qualifications, knowledge, and experience:
 
·ACA or ACCA Qualified (1 year post qual ideal but newly qual considered)
·Experience of supervising on Audit assignment.
·Strong IT skills with knowledge of Excel, CCH Audit an Accounts software.
·Experience in charity audit
·Ability to drive and possession of own vehicle (desirable)
·Knowledge of Xero (Desirable)
